Skywalker Holdings, LLC Return Policy

To return an item, please visit our return portal here. We will provide you with a return shipping label and a return authorization number. Having a return authorization number will help us process your return quicker. Please submit your return request within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • If an item is found to have been previously assembled upon inspection, it cannot be resold. As a result, a 50% restocking fee will apply, and customers will receive a 50% refund of the purchase price.
  • If the product was purchased through one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for their specific return policy
  • Skywalker Holdings, LLC claims no responsibility for return shipments lost in transit if not shipped on the provided return label
  • Refused shipments are subject to return shipping charges
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded
  • Return shipping costs paid by customer will not be reimbursed by Skywalker Holdings

Refunds:

  • Used, damaged, assembled or soiled items will not receive a refund
  • Please allow 15 business days for refunds to be processed
  • Refunds issued to the original form of payment
  • All others will receive a check, mailed via USPS with signature required
