We have had it for 3 weeks , rain does not sit on it and has great bounce . Quality Product so far.
it is good my little cousins enjoyed their birthday because of it.
We had a super windy day here in Oklahoma, with fairly sustained 75mph gusts throughout the day. My trampoline held together, but some of the upper poles that support the net were bent.
The repair parts were easy to find online once I identified the model number, and the parts arrived within a few days. Overall we had an excellent experience with fixing our Trampoline and I highly recommend!
Our trampoline arrived shortly after purchasing online. Assembly was easy to follow with the detailed directions. The trampoline is proving to be a safe and stable product. Our children have enjoyed using their new trampoline.
This thing is a TANK! We had one of the old generic ones that we lost in a storm because you could not get replacement parts. I doubt this thing will even break but if we ever do have a problem it even has replacement parts. 😉
Make sure you read the instructions about the mat and enclosure so you don't have to do it more then once lol. There's specific places for the mat and enclosure net so it goes together properly haha. Seems well built.
Our neighbor gave us the trampoline for our 5 year old fraternal grand twins. The trampoline has been transferred around the neighborhood for a number of years. This kit was all we needed to bring it back to life. Not too expensive and the exact items we needed. Here is to many more years of enjoyment. Thank You for making a quality product.
This is the review from my 11 year old: He loves the amount of space in order to do tricks, it has a lot of bounce to get the height you need. He really likes the rectangle shape versus the square we had previously. I think the extra money is worth the Signature series over the regular Skywalker that we had prior. That one lasted us 9 years, and was great... However, I was impressed right away at the higher level of quality of all the components with this specific tramp. Hope we get a decade out of this one as well!

Definitely takes two people, and someone strong especially when it comes to attaching the springs. I am a strong woman and I could not do some springs. Kids love it. Well made but instructions are difficult to follow and video's could be better.
The website was easy to use. The part was available for the right size trampoline and the price was good. Shipping was fast and the part fit perfect.
Not only is the product amazing but the customer service goes above and beyond. We had a shipping issue that resulted in our trampoline being delivered to the wrong house (at no fault of SkyWalker) and when I relayed this to the customer service representative they were quick to offer a replacement if we weren’t able to recover the shipment. Thankfully I was able to recover the shipment but just the fact that they were understanding and willing to help me during that whole situation speaks to the type of company they are. I would 100% order from SkyWalker again.
We have had the Epic round 16’ trampoline for 3 months now and have zero complaints! Our entire family (adults to 4yrs old) love it and use it daily. Set up was doable with 2 adults. Trampoline holds multiple kids and adults. There is room for our gymnast kid to work on flips. The bounce is great, the netting holds when kids fall into it, and the laughter while on it is unbeatable. Would 100% recommend this trampoline!
I had 4 bottom straight poles bend in half where the go into the trampoline because high winds took it for a short ride. The replacements fit perfectly and arrived in a very timely manner. I am very glad I found the place to get replacements!
