The trampoline was delivered as expected, in time for Christmas, and our kids went crazy when they saw it :) It was super simple to set up and we all have been having a great time jumping, laughing and enjoy time together on it.
My grandson loves it. It's perfect size, we'll built, shipped great. No complaints. Love it.
Fits great!
Seems fine so far but the videos describing setup were way too fast and nonspecific. More care needs to be taken to produce new videos that slowly and mindfully show how to setup each item.
Great service and products
Product fine. Need better instructions and label parts for easier assembly. I had a helper with 30 years experience in fleet management and maintenance. Took us 9 hours to complete. Number or label components so easier to match to other parts. Instructions and video poor for assembly.
They are too long otherwise good. I have to use 1. 5 per tube.
It was a little tough to put together. But I prepared grandpa and he did it in about an hour.
As described! Directions could be better
Highest quality trampoline that we have ever purchased. Supper easy to put together too.
This was really easy to assemble -- it took the promised 15 or so minutes on Christmas morning -- and my almost 4 year old daughter spent about 2 hours jumping on it today (not all at once though!). It's quiet enough that she can jump while her baby sister is sleeping and roomy enough for dance-jumping to music. She sometimes held the handle and sometimes didn't and both seemed safe. I did a lot of research into mini trampolines before buying, like a weird amount, and I'm really glad I went with this one!
Trampoline is great and easy to assemble. Only complaint is the boxes were destroyed…and I paid the extra for box damage protection.
Just put the trampoline up today so review isn’t about longevity. It’s about putting it together. My husband & I did it in about 2 1/2 hours. Pretty easy for the most part UNTIL you have to put all the springs on. You definitely need 2 ppl & the tool they provide helps but only about 1/2 way. After that I would definitely suggest getting a pipe or something long & skinny to assist with the tool they give you. You need something to assist with leverage since you’re pulling a very tight string into a very little hole.
I would definitely recommend though. It may seem like a daunting task when you first open the box but slow & steady wins the race. And the appreciation of your kids!!
Perfect fit and easy to put on trampoline.
This is the best buy for the money. We have a 22 month old granddaughter who was learning to jump. She would hold onto bedrails and jump, but slipped and bonked her head hard on the bed.
We, her grandparents, take care of her while her parents work. It is getting cold and I thought this would be a great indoor activity for her. While she is pretty bright, we had to show her one time how to zip and unzip, and she was off.
I tied some little cords to the zipper tab to make it easier for her to grip. We also used resealable foam pipe insulation (sort of like pool noodles) in addition to the thin foam padding that came with the mini-trampoline. We did this to prevent bonks and because her mother was apprehensive about the whole idea.
These foam insulation noodles run under $4. 50 per 6 ft and it takes six. It is worth the extra money, but you still need to use the enclosed padding as well.
Having said all this, the package arrived very fast, was packed well, quality parts, and pretty easy to follow instructions.
For people who are mechanical, you will do fine, but on Step 8, be sure to turn the joints so that the two screw holes inside are facing up. I did not check and had to re-do three poles.
On Step 15, roll back the edge of the sleeve on top of itself like a cuff for about two inches to give yourself something to tug on to have it slide on better.
If you do the extra padding, be sure and spend extra on the resealable foam because it is much easier. I did one segment with duck tape, as I had an old section at home to see if it would work before buying more. Of course my little engineer in the making noticed it and started trying to peel it and figure out what it was.
Finally, I am the grandmother who did most of the construction but my husband had to do the screws. Our drill was just not powerful enough or the drill bits we had were not good enough, but it was easier to use a rachet screwdriver with some elbow grease.
My daughter is thrilled with the safety features and granddaughter is now bouncing in the middle by herself and bouncing all about within 2 weeks of getting it.
I bought a mini-tramp for me and we both jump together.
My neighbor and I just completed assembly. Your pants should be on fire as it takes much more than a couple of hours to complete. My neighbor was a fleet and maintenance manager for a large company for 30 years. Obviously very mechanical. It required a total of ten hours to complete. The online and printed instructions were not very useful. We would recommend labeling the various parts and with specific instructions on what fits where. Also some labeling on whether the frame holes fit up or down. We had to assemble and disassemble several times.
One other issue, the tool provided to stretch and attach springs is much too small. The handle can only accommodate two fingers which is not sufficient. The handle should accommodate the entire hand.
Now the good. The frame is much more sturdy and stable than most home models I have seen. The extra size will allow all three of my grandchildren to enjoy together. They all are enrolled in gymnastics lessons and I think the trampoline will help with training and enjoyment. Although significantly more expensive, I believe it is worth the extra money.
Since it is a Christmas gift, I cannot report their actual experience using it yet. However, I would be surprised if they don’t really enjoy it.
I believe it was worth the money, extra assembly time and aching fingers pulling the springs.
If any problems, I will contact you.

It‘s safe and easy to set up! Kids love it!
It’s a good net but I think the netting should be a little stronger. The first one broke after 5 months
This was such a great find for my high energy toddler. I needed something that had a full net but also sized for an indoor space and this is perfect. The zipper allows him to enter without assistance with a sturdy weight to it. Amazing deal.
It's exactly what I wanted and it's great exercise not to mention it entertains both sides ! Perfect indoors & out!!
