Make sure you read the instructions about the mat and enclosure so you don't have to do it more then once lol. There's specific places for the mat and enclosure net so it goes together properly haha. Seems well built.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Tramp one is few years old and out of warranty. We took apart the springs and jump pads and let net poles and frame before hurricane last fall. One of the poles bent and the net and foam were ok but weathered. I ordered parts and the were very prompt and friendly. Met seemed tight and didnt fit so they sent me a new one which fit perfectly. Looks brand new! Thank you for your help.

We've had our trampoline since 2021 and our whole family (and neighbors) has enjoyed it for years with no issues.

We had a recent winter storm and a large section of snow came off the roof landing on our trampoline, damaging one of the upper net poles. I couldn't find any replacement parts on the website, so I decided to contact customer service (via email). I received a response in less than 24 hours and through a series of emails, was able to identify the parts needed and quickly get them shipped out. It never took more than 24 hours to receive a reply.
