Exceeded expectations

Not only is the product amazing but the customer service goes above and beyond. We had a shipping issue that resulted in our trampoline being delivered to the wrong house (at no fault of SkyWalker) and when I relayed this to the customer service representative they were quick to offer a replacement if we weren’t able to recover the shipment. Thankfully I was able to recover the shipment but just the fact that they were understanding and willing to help me during that whole situation speaks to the type of company they are. I would 100% order from SkyWalker again.

High quality, durable materials. Left outside in all weather for 3 years, still as good as new. We’ve assembled and disassembled it twice now. Instructions are clear and the kids can help. Assembly does take several hrs, but that’s to be expected with so many springs!
